PAGEL decided on FoxBase's product advisor because using an AI chatbot was perceived as the most up-to-date solution. Users can ask their questions in natural language and subsequently receive an answer based on verified documents, provided the necessary information is available. If this is not the case, they are redirected to the relevant representative in the internal sales team or field sales.

This relieves the specialist departments, as basic topics can be resolved by the AI advisor. Complex issues, on the other hand, end up where they belong. The maintenance or addition of information is carried out independently within the framework of basic product data maintenance and management, without the need for in-depth programming or AI knowledge.
