Benjamin Dammertz and Carsten Dolch founded FoxBase GmbH in 2016 with their idea of digitizing B2B sales in a revolutionary way and offering real added value for customers when they are looking for the right product for them. Her approach: Customers should also be advised digitally as in a good, analogue sales pitch if they are independently looking for products, systems or services on the website or in the web shop. Their approach quickly became the software-as-a-service solution Digital Product Selector, which radically accelerates B2B sales and thus promises a significant increase in efficiency.
Today, numerous companies, from hidden champion SMEs to DAX 30 corporations, work with the Digital Product Selector. Customers include Henkel, Lanxess, knauf, Telekom, ifm, Pagel, cws and Bechtle. On the occasion of the 5th birthday, a customer day called "DigitizerDay" is held for the first time, which is intended to promote the exchange of experiences between customers and to provide information about the latest developments in the software. This will take place regularly in the future.
FoxBase has recently been able to double its sales every year and has now grown to over 30 employees. In 2020, the move to a large office space in the center of Düsseldorf followed.
Benjamin Dammertz says about the future plans: “Above all, we will continue to push the quick and easy integration into as many digital touchpoints as possible. And in addition to the expansion of features related to the topic of artificial intelligence, internationalization is playing an increasingly important role in order to finally break down national borders and digitize B2B sales worldwide.”
