Onboarding serves to introduce you as quickly as possible to the daily work routine at FoxBase. You will have one of our current Foxes as your contact person for the first time. He/she will show and explain all processes and programmes to you. Soon you will be able to work independently and contribute your own ideas. With Personio, our talent software, you have your own checklist for onboarding. This will give you a quick overview of your work area.  

We work with the Scrum method, so that we can be as productive and agile as possible. Our sprints are always three weeks long, which means that we always plan tasks three weeks in advance and divide them among all team members. This way, each member has his/her own tasks for which he/she is responsible.

The FoxBase corporate culture can best be described with the words open and familiar. We deliberately refrain from using first names in order to create a relaxed atmosphere and break down inhibitions more quickly. Team spirit and relaxed cooperation are the keywords here. All talents are equally valued, so it is particularly important that every employee feels free to talk about private problems. The culture also clearly includes team events, table football and games evenings. It is important to us that there is also time for recreational breaks.

You can work in the office or remotely. You can arrange your own working hours. The only important thing is that you regularly attend the most important meetings. One of them would be the Townhall Meeting, which takes place every three weeks after a sprint. Here, each team briefly presents which tasks have been completed within the last three weeks.  

If you are not working from home or remotely, you will work in our office in Düsseldorf on Oststraße. There are no fixed seats here, as all desks are equipped with the same hardware. This includes a monitor, keyboard and mouse. You will receive a laptop so that you can work optimally, whether in the office or in the home office. 

We do not wait until we receive a certain number of applications for a position, but process them on an ongoing basis. So you will usually not wait longer than 14 days for our response.

Yes. In principle, our interns receive an appropriate expense allowance. How much depends entirely on whether it is a compulsory or voluntary internship.   

FoxBase cooperates with LunchIt and Urban Sports Club. For you as part of the Fox family, this means that you can do your sports activities for only €9.90 per month and FoxBase will take care of the rest for you! FoxBase will also reimburse you for your lunch up to €6.67. Of course, cold drinks, coffee, tea and fruit are always available free of charge in the office. 

There are currently no Covid regulations in the office.
