That's why we're looking for you Intern:in in the customers Success Management, if you like to bring in new ideas and have a "pack-on mentality" to further advance the team, develop processes and deepen your own knowledge! 

Your tasks

  • You work with customers from different industries and help them to understand our software and to be able to use it optimally. 
  • You support the customer Success Management team in day-to-day business with all customer-centric activities - from onboarding new customers to looking after existing customers. 
  • You will work with us on customer-specific workshops, from preparation and use case definition through implementation to final documentation and implementation of the results with our software. 
  • You help ours Helping customers structure their data so that it can be used with our software. 
  • You develop ideas and content for the optimal training of customers and for the continuous expansion of the documentation of our product.
  • As an interface to product development and sales, you bring in new ideas for the further development of the software and recognize opportunities for upselling.

You should bring that with you

  • Very important: You enjoy teamwork and working directly with our customers!
  • You find it easy, complex and also to quickly understand technological connections, ato explain to others and process them in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
  • Studies? In the technical/scientific or business area would be desirable, but also comparable knowledge. 
  • Ideally, you already have some experience in customer contact.
  • Communication in German and English is no problem for you, both written and oral.
  • You are open, motivated and curious to learn something new every day and to share your knowledge with the team.
  • You approach your tasks in a structured manner and have an independent, result-oriented and reliable way of working.
