As a software startup, we are developing the “Digital Product Selector”, the global standard solution for direct-to-customer sales digitization. With the help of artificial intelligence, we accelerate classic sales in a revolutionary way for customers and salespeople. With our product, we offer our customers a constantly evolving full-service platform: from the database to the web component that can be used out-of-the-box, from the API to the individually optimized algorithm - and all this is virtualized with Micro -Services from our own cloud environment. During further development, we combine customer requests with the constant search and validation of new technology ideas from our team.
Therefore, we are looking for you as an IT consultant if you like to bring in new ideas and have a "pack-on mentality" to further advance the team, further develop processes and deepen your own knowledge!
- You passionately accompany our customers in achieving their goals with the "Digital Product Selector" and help them to understand our software and to be able to use it optimally.
- You support our customers throughout the entire process, from preparing and conducting customer-specific workshops to preparing the data and implementing the results with our software.
- From a short and fast standard onboarding to an international roll-out project, you can get to know the entire spectrum of our customers.
- As an interface to product development, you bring new ideas and shape the future development of our software.
- You optimize and design the processes in Customer Success Management and thus help to scale our business model.
You should bring that with you
- Very important: You enjoy teamwork and working directly with our customers!
- You find it easy to quickly understand complex and technological relationships and to explain them to others.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in project management and customer contact.
- Studies? In the technical or business area would be desirable, but also comparable knowledge.
- Communication in German and English are no problem for you.
- You are open, motivated and curious to learn something new every day and to share your knowledge with the team.
- You approach your tasks in a structured manner and have an independent, result-oriented and reliable way of working.
- You want to broaden your horizons and gain insights into areas such as data science, web applications and artificial intelligence.
