The Digital Product Selector is a solution that uses artificial intelligence to accelerate and digitize B2B sales and significantly increase the sales efficiency of B2B companies. As with a good one-on-one consultation, customers and sales staff can find the best product quickly, easily and digitally.
The goal of Getting Started is to quickly gain an understanding of how to build a Selector. The most important features of the digitizer are used and explained. Some features are explained later in the documentation. Start with step 1 of Getting Started and use the "Next" button to click through the individual steps. Step 1 starts with creating a sector in the digitizer and step 8 concludes with how to include a selector in the web page.
First, a new selector is created in the digitizer. You can also access and edit selectors that have already been created. Choose NEW SELECTOR and name it “Getting Started ColorSelector”.
The general appearance of the selector in the front end, as the user will see it later, is defined using the Settings button in the menu. You can edit the general properties of the selector there:
The basis of each selector is the question or decision tree. A question tree consists of several question levels. These later lead the customer to the right product recommendation or, in this case, to the right color.
First, a new selector is created in the digitizer (you can also access and edit existing selectors). Choose NEW SELECTOR and name it “Getting Started ColorSelector”.
Incompatibilities can be used to identify answers or sets of answers that are incompatible with each other. As a result, the question tree can be controlled in even more detail than via the conditionalities.
